หลังจากชำระแล้วเราจะได้เอกสารปิดบัญชีตอนไหนคับเค้าจะส่งมาให้หรือต้องไปรับที่สาขาเอง[/color]

หนังสือยืนยันสิ้นสุดภาระหนี้(ใบยืนยันการปิดหนี้) ไม่ค่อยสำคัญเท่าไหร่นักหรอกครับ (ถ้ามีก็ดี แต่ถ้าไม่ได้ก็ไม่เป็นไร)

ที่สำคัญที่สุดก็คือ

1. หนังสือแฮร์คัท ซึ่งเป็นใบยืนยันว่าคุณได้รับข้อเสนอส่วนลด จากสถาบันการเงิน หรือจากบริษัทรับจ้างติดตามหนี้

2. บิลชำระหนี้จากเคาเตอร์การเงิน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นธนาคารต่างๆ หรือ non-bank หรือ เคาเตอร์เซอร์วิส เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานว่า คุณได้ชำระหนี้ในวันที่....เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
*** ต้องถ่ายเอกสารเก็บเอาไว้ด้วย หากได้รับบิลใบเสร็จการชำระเงิน ที่เป็นจำพวกกระดาษคาร์บอน เพราะถ้าหากวันเวลาผ่านไปนานๆ(หลายๆเดือน) ตัวหนังสือที่อยู่ในใบเสร็จของกระดาษคาร์บอน มันจะเลือนหายไปตามกาลเวลา ***

เอกสารพวกนี้ต้องเก็บเอาไว้ให้ดีนะครับ ห้ามทิ้ง ห้ามทำหายเด็ดขาด

เก็บเอาไว้ 10ปี ตามอายุความสูงสุดของคดีแพ่ง เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันการถูกหักหลังจากเจ้าหนี้ในภายหน้า
แถมเอกสารพวกนี้ ยังสามารถใช้เป็นเอกสารเพื่อขอแก้ไขข้อมูลบัญชีดำ (Blacklist) ในเครดิตบูโรของลูกหนี้ได้อีกด้วย หากเจ้าหนี้มันไม่ยอมแก้ไขข้อมูลในเครดิตบูโรให้กับเรา
